Two Words That Can Change Your Life Forever

If I told you, you could change your life with two little words would you believe me?

The first answer may be “no”, but by the time you read this post, tell me if your opinion has changed. 

What are the two special words? 

“I AM”- these are the two words that can change your life. These words have saved many lives from disaster anddeath. It may sound dramatic, but it is a true genuine statement. 

The words “I AM” are the only two words in the universe that belong to you. This holds unlimited strength. Although you can use these two words to change yourself positively, you can also use them to destroy yourself as well. You must be mindful of using these two words. 

How do I use “I AM”?

To benefit from “I AM”, you must use them in positive affirmations. Positive affirmations are a method of manifestation. Manifestation is the process of speaking things into existence. This may be good or bad. 

It’s important to use these “I AM” affirmations daily if possible. Even just once a day can impact your day. Early in the morning and before sleep are when your subconscious mind is most active. These are the recommended times. 

The importance of only using positive “I AM” affirmations.

Have you ever thought of something and it magically happened? Unfortunately, this is not magic, it is manifestation. Manifestation is similar to magic, but the magic happens within you. Even if you do not feel good one day, you can trick your subconscious mind into believing you’re okay. When you feel down or worried, say “I am successful, I am happy, I am strong.” 

This will tell your subconscious mind that you truly feel this way, and eventually you will feel what you speak.

 This is similar to faking a smile and laughing if you're crying. Your brain associates your behavior of smiling and laughing with happiness and tricks your mind into being happy. This is exactly like the process of using positive affirmations when you are low.

What are some positive “I AM” affirmation examples? 

Even when you don't feel negative, positive “I AM” affirmations are significant to self-development. “I AM” affirmations may be different for everyone based on their self-desires and needs, but the following are common “I AM” affirmations to say at least once a day: 

I am strong

I am healthy

I am successful I am beautiful inside and out

I am connected with the universe

I am protected

I am loved

I am respected

I am peaceful 

I am abundant
